We believe great design is not just how things look, but how they work and we’re looking for a creative, curious, and driven Junior UI/UX Designer to join our product team.
This is a rare opportunity to get in early, learn fast, and contribute meaningfully to real product experiences, even without prior job experience.
What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to design user-friendly interfaces.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on team input and user feedback.
- Help maintain and evolve our design system and UI component library.
- Participate in user research and testing sessions to better understand user needs.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving the product experience.
- Learn startup best practices by doing - getting feedback, iterating quickly, and building with real users in mind.
- Adapt and contribute across multiple platforms (mobile, web) in an agile, fast-moving team.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices (self-taught, bootcamp, or academic projects are welcome).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the design field.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- A portfolio of personal, academic, or side projects that showcase your design thinking and potential.
- Attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency, spacing, and alignment.
- Ability to take feedback and apply it constructively.
