Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and enhance visual content using digital tools (photo editing, retouching, compositing, color correction).
- Design visually compelling graphics for digital marketing, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality visuals.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
- Contribute to concept development for visual content and creative campaigns.
- Experiment with content formats and visual storytelling, especially for content series.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate output quality.
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Imaging Specialist.
- Proven experience in branding – including logo design and developing visual identity for projects.
- Strong portfolio that showcases digital imaging, branding, and graphic design work.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus).
- Advanced skills in photo manipulation, retouching, color grading, and compositing.
- Experienced in designing for daily social media content with high visual standards.
- Strong creative thinking and imagination - able to ideate, experiment, and push visual boundaries.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Ability to conceptualize - not just execute tasks, but actively contribute creative ideas.
- Willing to explore and utilize AI.
