About this role:
As part of the Marketing team, the Growth Marketing role will drive the brand’s revenue expansion across online and offline channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, overseeing affiliate marketing, live shopping, and omnichannel initiatives that bridge e-commerce and retail. You will be responsible for ensuring that our brand not only reaches more customers but also creates consistent, engaging, and commercially impactful experiences at every touchpoint. This is a position where you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and retail teams to accelerate growth and ensure brand consistency across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Growth Channels
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee live-shopping production (TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms), coordinating in-house and third-party resources to maximize reach and engagement.
- Establish clear KPIs and track performance, continuously refining strategies using data and audience insights.
2. Offline Growth Channels
- Manage Modern Trade (MT) channel initiatives:
- oversee Beauty Advisor performance, training, and alignment with brand standards;
- lead store merchandising and VM improvements.
- Drive General Trade (GT) channel growth
- manage area brand representatives and generating qualified leads to support GT transactions. Regularly conduct audits to ensure brand visibility, compliance, and retail excellence across all offline touchpoints.
3. Omnichannel Growth & Strategy:
- Develop integrated marketing strategies that bridge online and offline revenue channels.
