Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Visual Design & Branding: Design effective visual materials that communicate messages, ideas, or information to a specific audience to strengthen Bumi Journey's brand identity, including graphics, presentations, proposals, and other brand materials to support marketing and cross-departmental needs.
- Video Production: Produce and edit short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks, and promotional clips.
- Digital Marketing & Content: Assisting the Marketing Team to develop and create content across digital platforms like social media, blogs, and email marketing, as well as supporting content and user experience (UX) updates on the company website.
- Operational Support: Support the operations team during tour activities when needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a visual communication or creative design role, with demonstrated exposure to end-to-end content creation.
- An educational background in Visual Communication Design (DKV) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design, photo, and video editing, using tools such as
- Canva, CapCut or similar software to create visually compelling assets and short-form content.
- Proven skills in operating cameras for video and photo documentation.
- Exposure to copywriting
- Basic knowledge of web design or UX principles to contribute to website improvements.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and openness to feedback and collaboration.
- Passionate about sustainability, travel, and creating a positive social impact.
