Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- Control, monitor, and evaluate the teams
- Ensure the telemarketing agents and team leader are in line with the SOP
- Responsible for the teams to reach the target
- Compile documentation regarding operation activity
- Learn and develop agents performance
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree
- Experienced as telemarketing supervisor at least 2 years (Fintech would be preferred)
- At least experienced in handling 5 team leaders and 75 agents
- Able to speak English
- Ability to learn about products and services
- Willing to adapt and learn more
- Selling skills with the ability to resolve issues and address the complaints
