Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Source and scout talents creatively through social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and online/offline communities.
- Reach out and build relationships with potential talents to introduce opportunities in livestreaming.
- Screen and assess talents to ensure fit with the livestreaming categories (singing, dancing, chit-chat).
- Guide talents through the recruitment journey, from first contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PICs & managers) to align recruitment targets.
- Keep talent trackers and reports updated.
- 1–2 years of experience in the same field or talent scouting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active on social media and updated with digital/entertainment trends.
- Outgoing personality, creative, and comfortable engaging with talents.
