Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition to join our agile team! As a Sr. Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the end-to-end recruitment process run smoothly, also attract and recruit potential talents to be part of Torch's growth.

Job Role:

  1. Sourcing Talent: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience.
  3. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates for ongoing recruitment efforts.
  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  5. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Showcase the company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth.
  6. Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Min. 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the fashion retail or headhunting industry.
  2. Knowledge of Fashion Industry: A strong understanding of the fashion retail industry, including market trends, key players...
