Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for an experienced, highly passionate, and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. You will be helping us develop and improve our digital marketing ecosystem and set up the blueprint for our online communication foundation. You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for our social media accounts. As a Social Media Specialist, your duties will also include monitoring and analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and maintaining brand consistency.
What you’ll do
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and produce visually compelling content for Instagram (static posts, Stories, and Reels) and TikTok that aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions that drive engagement and resonate with our target audience (urban professionals, socially active individuals, and style-conscious Millennials & Gen Zs).
- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers (if necessary) to ensure high-quality content production.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar for all SERIAL Brands, ensuring a balance of product highlights, user-generated content (UGC), lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns.
- Research and implement trending topics, challenges, and formats to stay relevant and innovative.
- Develop content themes that align with seasonal marketing campaigns, collaborations, and events.
Community Management & Engagement
- Monitor social media channels daily and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
