Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. This involves preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time, as well as monitoring changes in tax laws that may impact the company.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position. This may involve identifying tax-saving opportunities, structuring transactions to minimize tax liabilities, and advising on the tax implications of business decisions.
- Oversee the preparation and review of tax provisions, disclosures, and other tax-related financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Ensure that tax reporting is accurate and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assess and manage tax risks associated with the company's operations, transactions, and compliance obligations. This involves identifying potential tax risks, implementing controls to mitigate risks, and monitoring compliance with tax policies and procedures.
- Manage tax audits, disputes, and controversies with tax authorities. This includes responding to SP2DK, representing the company in discussions with tax authorities, and negotiating settlements to resolve tax disputes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment of tax strategies with overall business objectives. Provide tax support and guidance to other departments as needed.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Economy.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in taxation. Have BKP certification will be a plus point.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software (ESPT, etc.).
- Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, including international tax.
- Experienced with tax planning, compliance, reporting, tax audit, and tax dispute.
