  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different levels.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding to support employee integration.
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee-related matters.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor law.
  • Initiate and drive employee engagement and culture programs.
  • Performance & Development
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems (KPI, OKR, etc.).
  • Partner with managers to identify training and development needs.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefit
  • Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits.
  • Provide recommendations on salary structures and market benchmarking.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and tax regulations.
  • HR Policy & Compliance
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and internal regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
  • Strategic HR Support
  • Deliver insights from HR metrics and workforce analytics.
  • Support organizational change and strategic initiatives.


Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
  • Proven track record across multiple HR functions (recruitment, C&B, employee relations, performance management).
