Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals and decks that effectively communicate concepts and strategies to clients.
- Lead client presentations, ensuring ideas and plans are clearly articulated and align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations) to ensure alignment in client deliverables.
- Ensure all client needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning process.
- Monitor project budgets to ensure profitability and value delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Collect and analyze client feedback post-event to improve future strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an event or activation agency.
- Strong skills in creating and delivering professional decks and presentations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
- Experience managing multinational clients or high-profile accounts.
- Familiarity with integrating digital elements into event strategies.
