Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Operate and execute all outgoing sales chats and messages
- Ensuring the sales' team response time to client matters
- Set up appointments with prospective clients in support of the business development team
- Issue, track, and follow-up quotations/invoices
- Actively communicate with internal teams, including sales and product team, to ensure smooth sales processes
- Preferably min. 1 year of experience as admin/operations officer.
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Customer-oriented and willing to provide exceptional support to sales team
- Having experience in sales administration, support, or account management is a plus
- Ability to multitasking abilities efficiently
- Computer proficiency and experience using spreadsheet
- Meticulous and attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise data
