Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and budgets alongside account directors and clients.
- Execution & Coordination: Oversee daily operations, assign tasks to junior staff, manage risks and blockers, and ensure progress is on track.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients, internal teams, and suppliers, escalating updates and issues to account directors in a timely manner.
- Cost & Resource Control: Monitor project budgets and schedules, optimize resource allocation (e.g., via Resource Breakdown Structure), and ensure materials reach markets cost-efficiently.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Manage supplier interactions strategically, not transactionally, to drive value, quality, and timely delivery.
- Business Proposal: Responsible for developing business proposals by drafting and structuring project plans that clearly outline client needs, scopes, timelines, budgets, and value propositions, while working closely with business development to ensure proposals are persuasive, financially viable, and aligned with client expectations.
- Quality Assurance & Adaptation: Ensure deliverables meet standards, handle change requests via proper change control processes, and adjust plans when necessary.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain status dashboards/reports, document processes, lessons learned, and support continuous improvement.
- Experience: 3-4 years in project management, account management, or client servicing roles.
- Proposal Development: Demonstrated ability to draft and present project proposals, including budgeting and timeline justification.
- Tools & Methods: Proficient in PM tools (Lark, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.), financial modelling basics (Excel, Google Sheets), and presentation decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).
