Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Conduct interviews via online or in-person.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
- Handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, to onboarding preparation.
- Coordinate and conduct assessments center to support strategic hiring and development decisions for key positions.
- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience (in a tech recruiter capacity).
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology.
- Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Have knowledge in recruitment process such as candidate selection, interviewing, psychological test, and assessment.
- Strong relationship management and consultative skills (with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners); ability to influence, inform, and negotiate.
- Experience working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting tools.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skill.
- Multitasking and independent.
- Able to maintain performance under pressure and target-oriented.
