Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain high-performance standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, address challenges, and share updates
- Develop and implement strategies for massive recruitment initiatives (both online and offline) to meet the company’s rapid growth demands.
- Able to infiltrate potential sources of the talent pool, e.g. canvassing
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce requirements and align recruitment plans accordingly.
- Continuously improve the recruitment workflow to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure the hiring process complies with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and fulfillment rates.
- Prepare and present detailed hiring reports to senior management.
- Oversee the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication and feedback.
- Address escalations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a point of contact between the recruitment team and internal stakeholders to address hiring needs and resolve concerns.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment vendors, job boards, and other external partners.
- Have experience in canvassing and gig-workers management.
- Has a background in high-volume hiring, preferably in quick commerce, logistics, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital recruitment strategies.
