Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations (Logistics) professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement across our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying areas for process optimization, designing new workflows, calculating financial impacts, and effectively managing risks and benefits. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate, execute, and review new initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics operations through data analysis and process reviews.
- Frequently visit project sites or field locations to monitor operations.
- Ensure that daily field activities run smoothly and comply with company procedures.
- Design optimized processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with Dash Electric’s strategic goals.
- Calculate financial impacts, assess risks, and evaluate the potential benefits of process changes.
- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
- Lead the execution of process improvements, providing clear guidance and support to team members.
- Regularly review and measure the success of implemented initiatives, recommending further enhancements.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and data to make informed decisions that drive operational success.
