Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Process, and ensure the status of all transactions (including deposits, withdrawals, and reversals), and manage escalations for any issues.
2. Conduct regular internal and external data reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations).
3. Monitor the performance of external vendors and partners (banks, e-wallets, switchers) according to SLAs, including transaction confirmation and issue resolution.
4. Verify operational data from various sources (e.g., acceptance, unique codes), and prepare periodic reports for performance monitoring and decision-making.
5. Identify, document, and manage escalations related to problematic transactions, data discrepancies, or other operational issues until resolution.
6. Validate supporting documents for transactions and processes, including bank reports and vendor settlements.
7. Actively coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Tech) and external parties (vendors, partners) for issue resolution and information updates.
8. Manage access to systems and platforms used for operational monitoring.
9. Monitor account balances, fund flows, and perform daily cash reconciliations to support financial management.
10. Ensure all processes adhere to procedures and quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.
1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major
2. At least 1 year experience
3. Experience using data-related tools such as Excel, Metabase, Google Spreadsheet
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Sharp analytical thinking
6. Have the multitasking ability
7. Willing to work in 3 shifts
