Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends.
- everything must be recorded through project management tools and timeline, you will be a person who guide and make sure each functions work as timeline and agreed
- Involve in a product development project from market research to product final launch
- Innovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product.
- In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process.
- Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions.
- Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in any major ( Pharmacy is a point plus)
- Able to run project management with tools is a must (microsoft project, mic. excel etc)
- Minimum 1-year experience in beauty product development.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
