Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Analyze data requests from cross-functional teams within the organization, conducting research and analysis to provide necessary data for Pharmacovigilance and Cosmetovigilance.
- Supply materials required for the Product Information File, including product descriptions, safety reports, and proof of claimed tests, supporting data needs for new product development.
- Generate content for educational purposes related to Pharmacovigilance and Cosmetovigilance for new or existing products to establish internal knowledge management.
- Communicate and collaborate across functions to create scientific documents, proactively sharing knowledge related to Pharmacovigilance to support business objectives.
- Maintain positive relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.
- Provide additional data required for product claims based on feedback from The Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM).
- Generate monthly reports on medical affairs activities and analyze them to assess the progress and effectiveness of medical affairs.
- Fulfill all administrative needs for medical affairs operations to achieve operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medical Science
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient knowledge of cosmetic and skincare product science
