Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct in-depth research on historical and future trends in the consumer installment market.
- Monitor market changes, including interest rate fluctuations, emerging technologies, and shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Provide systematic insights into competitors’ strategies, product features, and market shares.
- Map target segments and explore consumer decision-making journeys, including purchasing motivations, preferences, and pain points.
- Support product positioning and marketing activities using methods such as surveys and interviews.
- Identify segmentation opportunities and define specific target audiences to develop tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Product Development, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales to ensure the successful implementation of research insights.
- Maintain a deep understanding of relevant regulations, trends, and best practices in the finance and consumer installment industries to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, preferably within the consumer installment or financial services sector.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills; proficient in market research tools, data analysis software, and AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present research findings and strategic recommendations.
- Strong interview and interpersonal skills, capable of conducting effective interviews across a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and engaging with key market stakeholders.
