Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and support the end-to-end Learning & Development program for all Dynapack Asia groups, both in Indonesia and overseas.
- Collaborate with the L&D Department Head to design, develop, implement, and review Talent Development programs (e.g., Management Development Program, Apprentice Program, Management Trainee).
- Facilitate the development of soft and technical competencies for employees based on company needs.
- Ensure all L&D programs are effective, efficient, and strategically aligned with the company's business goals and operational needs.
- Analyze L&D data and reports to provide actionable recommendations and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Learning & Development field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency is a must).
- Willingness to be mobile, with the primary work location being Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang, and/or Jatake, Tangerang.
