Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support Manufacturing Excellence initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Design, review, and improve factory layout using AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Support the development and improvement of jigs, fixtures, and tooling for production.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement Lean projects and Kaizen activities.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Participate in problem-solving activities related to process improvement and cost reduction.
- Assist in standardization and implementation of best practices across production lines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical fields.
- Excellent English language skills are preferred (both written and spoken).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred.
- Familiar with AutoCAD (2D/3D) or similar applications and familiar with tool, jig, and fixture design.
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and productivity measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage data and translate it into practical solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Visio.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work across departments.
