Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Lead the full procurement cycle: sourcing, negotiation, purchase, delivery monitoring, and post-purchase evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and price databases.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Lead procurement activities related to project renovations, facility upgrades, or fit-outs, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Oversee procurement for warehouse equipment, racking systems, and MHE (material handling equipment) in coordination with the warehouse/ops team.
- Ensure quality assurance of materials and services delivered, including alignment with technical specs, installation standards, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management and quantity surveyor.
- Proven negotiation skills with a strong understanding of contracts and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in warehouse procurement or quality assurance, including handling fit-out projects or procurement of operational equipment assets.
