Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead long-term (1-2 years) facility planning for warehouses, distribution hubs, and future central kitchens.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain (SC) to gather inventory requirements, monitor inventory levels, and develop storage blueprints.
- Design adaptable facility layouts, including planograms and storage guidelines.
- Translate inventory and storage strategies into practical operational plans, ensuring sufficient capacity and flexibility.
- Manage project-based facility planning, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee and monitor occupancy levels, optimizing existing facilities.
- Develop and implement blueprint guidelines, then coordinate with the Expansion team for execution.
- Contribute to the selection and specification of equipment and tools based on facility designs.
- Ensure planning is flexible and customizable to accommodate business changes such as opening new warehouses or locations.
- Address challenges related to rapid business evolution and market demands
- 3-5 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or facility planning within FMCG or retail industries.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills.
- Experience with spreadsheet tools and planogram software (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a trial-and-error approach.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt planning to business direction and market changes.
