Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience store chains.
  • Negotiate trade terms, promotional agreements, and business plans with key accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotions and marketing strategies tailored to modern trade partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients, providing updates on product performance, sales results, and market insights.
  • Ensure smooth execution of trade agreements, including product listings, merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Optimize stock management and supply chain processes to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, budget proposals, and progress reports to senior management.

  • Develop and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector, particularly in the Modern Trade channel.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
