Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain effective communication with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in line with KPI and SLA.
- Manage settlement processes by coordinating with partners and internal teams.
- Monitor and support partners in achieving KPIs, including but not limited to fulfillment rate, SLA in order processing, and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues related to settlement and order fulfillment processes.
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Contribute to company initiatives in expanding and maintaining a high-quality partner network.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- Experience in coordinating with external stakeholders or partners is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple partners at once.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, and account management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and basic data analysis.
- Willing to travel for business purposes if required.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (BSD, Tangerang), with at least 2 days per week in the office and full office presence at month-end, based on business needs.
