Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Procurement & Order Fulfillment.
- Gather and translate business needs from Corporate Sourcing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams (formulation, analytical, preclinical) into clear IT product requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation, prototyping, validation, to launch and post-implementation review.
- Ensure that all Procurement & Order Fulfillment systems meet compliance standards.
- Oversee integration of digital tools with other enterprise systems (ERP, Integrated Planning, etc.).
- Define KPIs and success metrics to track product performance and user satisfaction.
- Propose digital transformation solutions and design architechture that can shorten the Procurement & Order Fulfillment flow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product management, business analysis, or digital transformation
- Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Procurement & Order Fulfillment business processes and solutions
- Knowledge of system integration with ERP and Integrated Planning
- Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and data governance practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex scientific processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional settings (Corporate Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory)
- Agile mindset, able to work in iterative development cycles and manage changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance, quality, and data integrity.
- Willing to work on-site & full-time in Bintaro
