Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead IT maintenance team and daily operations
- Develop IT policies and preventive maintenance plans
- Oversee hardware/network maintenance (PCs, CCTV, WiFi, printers)
- Manage vendor coordination and IT procurement
- Ensure system security and compliance
- Train subordinate, evaluate team performance, and prepare operational reports
- Monitor IT asset lifecycle, licenses, and inventory management
- Bachelor DegreeĀ in Computer Engineering/IT
- 3+ years IT experience (1+ year supervisory)
- Expertise in IT networking (Mikrotik, Unify, etc.), Wi-Fi optimization, and troubleshooting laptops, printers, CCTV, etc.
- Hardware/software troubleshooting and problem solving
- Team leadership and decision-making
- Good communication and time management
- Time management to prioritize urgency and meet deadlines
