Overview
The Hub Network Senior Associate will play a key role in driving strategic network operations for Astro’s logistics and distribution hubs. This position involves planning, executing, and optimizing hub networks to support business growth and operational efficiency, balancing both short-term needs and long-term expansion goals
Responsibilities
- Strategic Network Operations & Planning
- Develop mid-to-long-term (6–12 months) hub network plans to support Astro’s operational growth and expansion strategy.
- Conduct simulations and scenario planning for financial, operational, and business impact.
- Provide recommendations for adjustments in financial and operational plans based on business needs and market changes.
- Project Management & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end project management for network planning and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure required resources, processes, and infrastructure are in place for execution.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Business-As-Usual (BAU) Support
- Maintain and improve existing hub network operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Identify and propose operational enhancements to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on network performance, project status, and impact analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in network planning, operations, or related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
