Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise and oversee maintenance as well as support provided to partners during their initial onboarding period.
- Monitor and analyze partner retention and engagement levels, and implement initiatives to ensure sustainability.
- Evaluate team training performance to ensure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and validate post-training assessment results to ensure knowledge retention and partner competency.
- Oversee training attendance performance and ensure alignment with company performance standards.
- Facilitate regular alignment sessions with stakeholders to update process flows and training materials.
- Prepare, review, and submit periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to management.
- Monitor and ensure partner scheduling is accurate and coordinated effectively with the operations team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, partner/employee development, or talent management (minimum 3 years).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially Operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and Canva.
- Willing to travel for business purposes or work in the field when required.
