Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reporting to Hub Controller Lead to define project objectives, list of initiatives, and produce various deliverable.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insight as part of daily performance evaluation and to identify improvement opportunity & challenges to optimize cost while ensure performance stability and consistency.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPI) dashboard monitoring for quality and financial metrics.
- Prepare monthly budgeting and order forecasting.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support project/initiative requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience or coursework in the retail sector, project management, and familiarity with PnL reports are preferable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex ideas in a systematic and concise manner.
- Demonstrate the ability of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong self-starting initiative.
- Willingness to learn and to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in using analytical tools and Microsoft Office.
