We improve how waste value chain works and standardize the informal operations. Our Philosophy
Rekosistem is derived from combination of two words; 're-' and 'ecosystem' (in Bahasa: Ekosistem).
Re- stands for (1) reduce, (2) reuse, (3) recycle, (4) renewable, and (5) all sustainable related principles that will be implemented in our products.
-ecosystem means that our solutions will revamp the existing behaviour into more eco-friendly community and conform them with how the ideal and organic interaction should happen.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leading Waste Hub operations (sales & production)
- Conducting periodic operational improvements
- Controlling and ensuring smooth operations at the Waste Hub
- Managing human resources within the Waste Hub
- Minimum bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in waste management is a plus
- Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel , and Powerpoint)
- Having basic knowledge of sales & marketing activities
- Having an interest in the waste management industry
- Having a good work ethic in solving challenges
- Able to work under pressure
- Having basic data analysis skills
