Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage export orders, documentation, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company standards.
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Support process improvements and contribute to supply chain efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience in export/logistics/supply chain (FMCG/manufacturing a plus).
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
