Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understand the system blueprint and functional documents that have been prepared.
- Analyze business processes and ensure the system/feature design supports business goals and requirements.
- Create functional documentation covering system configuration and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Perform system testing.
- Provide training to Key Users and End Users.
- Assist End Users during implementation.
- Collaborate with the technical team or ERP developers to handle errors/bugs and resolve more complex issues, including system customization or integration.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement or optimization within the ERP.
- Willing to be assigned out of town for project needs.
- Education: Bachelor Degree, major in: Accounting / Information Technology / Information System / Computer Science / Business Information Technology
- Having a Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 (two) years of work experience.
- At least 1 (one) year of experience in implementing one of Microsoft’s ERP systems: Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Experience working in an IT consulting or management consulting company is preferred.
