Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Petty cash management.
- Maintain digital and physical evidence of financial transactions according to regulations.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on income and expenses.
- Prepare petty cash reports.
- Assist in the periodic reconciliation of cash, bank, and petty cash.
- Create payment vouchers and input them into the system (manual, Excel, or software).
- Assist in operational activities for AP-AR.
- Assist in ensuring transaction evidence during archiving and document storage.
- Liaise with banks for account creation and closure.
- Assist in recording daily operational transactions.
- Assist in recording daily business partner transactions.
- Assist in preparing supporting documents for payment processing.
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Working arrangement: Hybrid
- Min. Diploma 3 degree in Accounting
- Min. 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting admin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic skills in Finance & Accounting
- Basic skills in Excel
- Having knowledge in Tax is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and tidy in administration
- Eager to learn, versatile, and not hesitate to inquire
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
