Enseval Managerial Development Program (EMDP) is an acceleration program designed to develop high potential individuals into future leaders, preparing them to take on key managerial roles within the organization. EMDP provides an in-depth look into Distribution and Logistics through expert-led sessions and hands-on projects.
- Bachelor Degree from all major
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor is required (PBF experience will be advantageous)
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking, business acumen, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willing to be placed in all Enseval branches (across Indonesia)
