- Provide best service for customers, based on service excellent standard
- Provide information to customers and non-customers regarding bank products
- Accommodate and manage customers complaint
- Minimum Diploma (D3) education, in any major
- Have 1-2 years experience as a Customer Service in Banking Industry
- Good service attitude and good communication skills
- MS Office literacy
- Fluent in English
- Have Korean Language proficiency is an advantage
