Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, collecting, and analyzing customer feedback both from physical outlets and across ButterBaby’s social media channels.
This role ensures that customer experiences—offline and online—are aligned, positive, and continuously improved, by connecting insights from in-store satisfaction data with social media comments, reviews, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record customer satisfaction at ButterBaby outlets through surveys, feedback forms, and direct interaction.
- Conduct daily social media listening to identify customer sentiment, comments, and reviews related to ButterBaby.
- Consolidate offline and online feedback data into a unified report for management.
- Identify recurring issues, areas of improvement, and positive feedback trends.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and social media teams to address customer concerns.
- Provide recommendations for service improvement based on data insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer experience reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, social media monitoring, or customer experience roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X) and listening tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights.
- Willing to work on-site and occasionally visit outlets.
