Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A strategic thinker with a strong storytelling instinct—someone who can turn insights into compelling narratives and present them with clarity and confidence. You’ll be the brain behind the deck: researching, shaping campaign narratives, and driving influencer-led creative strategies that resonate with brands and today’s digital audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct research to uncover cultural, consumer, market landscape, and digital content insights.
- Develop clear, relevant strategic narratives that directly address campaign objectives for brand campaigns and pitches.
- Create influencer briefs based on campaign goals, key messages, and content direction—translating business objectives into impactful creative guidance.
- Craft compelling presentations with strong flow, visuals, and storytelling; present ideas confidently to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (primarily Project Account and KOL Specialist teams) to ensure strategic alignment, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of Super Fantasy’s brand voice and strategic thought leadership.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication, Management, Public Relations, Media or other related majors
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in strategy, content planning, or campaign development in agency/media/influencer landscape.
- Conceptual thinker with a strategic mindset and a flair for storytelling.
- Familiar with influencer-driven campaigns, social media content, and digital trends.
- Proficient in writing decks and presenting ideas in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—both visual and verbal
- A proactive collaborator—detail-oriented, organized, and responsive in fast-paced team environments.
