Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Creative & Learning Development Intern to join our Talent Development team. This internship provides hands-on experience in creating engaging learning content for our Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting training activities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about education technology, video content creation, and contributing to employee development initiatives.
Job Description
- Assisting the end-to-end process of the LMS
- Monitoring participants’ progress and completion rates within the LMS.
- Supporting to plan and develop storyboards for learning videos, conduct shooting, and edit videos.
- Supporting pre-training activities
- Handling documentation (photos, videos, attendance lists).
- Helping to prepare weekly reports related to LMS activities and other training initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (minimum Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology or related field, other majors are welcome).
- At least 1 year of experience in video editing (academic, internship, or freelance projects are acceptable).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, and other design or video-making tools.
- Tech-savvy with basic skills in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP).
- Honest, passionate, and creative with strong interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and contribute to improving work quality.
