Deskripsi Pekerjaan
CEO Office (Strategic Management Officer) will play a critical role in supporting the President Director as a Chief of Staff by developing and implementing Strategic Initiatives that align with the Organization's Goals.
The key duties are include translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and timeline, overseeing high-level cross-functional projects, conducting market and performance analysis to inform decisions for president director, create comprehensive financial analysis report and preparing executive-level communications.
This position also requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and the utmost discretion with confidential information.
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. MBA/CFA designation is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Strategic Planning roles or Project Management Officer (Managerial Level) preferably in within Multinational Corporations.
- Proficiency in drafting high-level documents and reports, as well as Data-Driven Decision Making.
- Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive information.
- Strong Financial and Commercial modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
