Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze market and industry trends to identify business growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Prospect and build relationships with potential partners, new and existing customers.
- Lead contract negotiations and business deals.
- Oversee the sales cycle from inception to closing, including proposal development and presentations.
- Monitor market developments and be responsive to changing customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production and finance to achieve business goals.
- Proven work experience in business development.
- Strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills.
- Sharp analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
- Expertise in building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in any major or marketing major related field is a plus.
