Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the backend design and development of internal dashboards supporting merchant management, payment operations, and finance reporting using Golang.
- Architect scalable and secure services, ensuring high availability and performance across internal tools used by cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Drive code quality and team productivity through mentoring, peer reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance, especially in handling sensitive financial and transactional data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of backend development experience, 3+ years using Golang in production.
- Experienced in building internal tools/admin dashboards tied to complex data models.
- Strong in Golang, PostgreSQL/MySQL, RESTful API, and microservices architecture.
- Familiar with Redis, Kafka/NATS, OAuth2/JWT, RBAC, and secure data handling.
- Skilled in Docker, CI/CD, and system documentation.
- Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in mentoring engineers and managing multiple priorities.
- Background in fintech, payments, ERP systems, or compliance (e.g., PCI DSS).
