Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Strategic Operational Leadership
- Develop and implement the company’s operational strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (engineering, customer support, IT infrastructure, product delivery, etc.).
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead capacity planning and resource allocation for current and future needs.
2. Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Drive process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement scalable solutions to improve turnaround time, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead automation and digitization initiatives to reduce manual overhead.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning.
4. Technology & Infrastructure Oversight
- Ensure IT infrastructure, platforms, and tools are effectively supporting operational needs.
- Work closely with CTO or CIO to oversee technology deployment, integration, and maintenance from an operational perspective.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships for outsourced or third-party services.
5. Budgeting & Financial Oversight
- Develop, manage, and optimize operational budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze operational costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery.
- Monitor ROI on internal initiatives and recommend investment shifts as needed.
