Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for achieving sales target and for distributing the frozen product in covering area
- Make a cooperation with the distributor team to increase the sales achievement in related area
- Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company’s sales system & processes ; and follow ethical business practice
- Builds and grow relationships with channel partners (MT, GT, etc)
- Min. Bachelor Degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience at the same level (Spv) in Distribution/ FMCG company (Cold Chain / Frozen Products)
- Experienced in Frozen products will be a plus
- Have the ability to manage both internal & eksternal relationship
- Have a strong analythical thinking to identify issues for area improvement
