Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive and verify invoices from vendors
- Process payments to suppliers according to the schedule and terms
- Record payment transactions in the accounting system
- Handle inquiries related to invoices and payments from vendors
- Prepare expense reports and support financial audits
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accountancy
- Min. 2 years of working experience as Account Payable Staff in Apartement / Building Management
- Preferably having experience in the Apartement / Building Management industry
- Able to create and read financial journals
- Proficient implementing financial systems (ERP)
- Willing to be placed at ASG Tower, Pantai Indah Kapuk - Jakarta Utara or Taman Anggrek Residence - Jakarta Barat
