Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  • Manage and process payment reimbursement, cash advance transaction, refund to customers and payment to vendors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform timely payments to internal parties and monitor accounts to ensure all payments are up to date.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to validate supporting documents and approval flows.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP.
  • Provide necessary documents related to Bank & Tax Authority's facilities when required.


  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Email).
  • Experience with accounting systems/ERP specially in Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • High sense of ownership, integrity, and responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
