Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review invoices and supporting documents, checking for accuracy and discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain AP documentation for easy access and auditing.
- Accurately input invoices into the system and ensure proper posting.
- Identify and apply basic VAT & WHT components in transactions.
- Use basic Excel functions (SUM, VLOOKUP, etc.) to manage and analyze data.
- Support the finance team with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting journal entries, especially AP.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheet for data management.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain findings clearly to non-finance teams.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle deadlines.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
