Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and enhance relations with existing clients by various communication channels
  • Retain, upsell, and cross sell products to existing users
  • Plan, execute, and oversee events/gatherings aimed at solidifying relations, building new network, and other business objectives
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure satisfactory resolution of client issues
  • Gain a comprehensive grasp of crucial customer requirements and effectively manage stakeholder relationships to surpass KPI targets.
  • Proven experience in account or relationship management role
  • Having experience in B2B direct selling/pitching is a must
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
