We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to manage client accounts, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions to ensure success. In addition to handling client relations, you will also play a key role in generating sales to help drive the company's growth. You will be directly responsible for preserving and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities and prospects with new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Acquire new clients by unlocking sales opportunities and capable of presenting company services through delivering compelling pitches while ensuring alignment between clients’ specific needs and goals with the solutions offered by the company.
- Generate sales by negotiating, closing deals, overseeing project delivery, providing after-sales support, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and data.
- Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling by offering tailored solutions that enhance client needs.
- Collaborate with account assistant admin to maintain regular contact with clients, monitor confirmation deadlines, maximize customer loyalty, understand their requirements, and facilitate their upcoming needs.
